HILTI LAUNCHES WEBSITES FOR THEIR DISTRIBUTORS  IN AFRICA

Africa. November 2017 — Hilti has announced the launch of websites for their authorised distributors in Africa. These websites provide a modern look with easy site navigation to access the entire line of Hilti products available in those markets, as well as extensive technical and design resources to enhance the customer experience.

These Hilti websites are a great resource for construction professionals in those markets whether they are on a jobsite or in the office. A new mobile feature for use with Smart phones or tablets allows customers to place orders and get information quickly from their mobile devices.

The distributors will service the customers’ orders in a timely and efficient manner to make sure Hilti products find their way to the customer’s jobsite where they can be put to work.

Africa has seen the expansion of e-commerce websites over the years driven manner by the uptake of smart mobile devices and the need to have access to banking facilities.

The construction professionals in Africa want to have the right product information at their fingertips and want the convenience of transacting online. This is one of the reasons why Hilti has taken the investment with their approved partners to make this digital facility available to their customers.
